Yash Traders ("we," "our," or "the shop") operates this website and app to let customers in and around Rohru, Himachal Pradesh order groceries for home delivery or village pre-order pickup. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's used.

Your delivery address, or your village/area name and expected pickup time (for pre-orders)
The items and quantities you order
Your chosen payment method (cash or UPI)

If you enable notifications, we store a device notification token so we can send you updates about your order status and occasional store offers. You can turn this off at any time in your browser or phone settings.

We do not collect payment card details, passwords, or any information beyond what's needed to fulfill and communicate about your order.

To prepare, deliver, or hold your order for pickup
To contact you about your order (by phone, WhatsApp, or notification) if needed
To let you look up your own past orders using your phone number
To occasionally notify you about sales or offers, only if you've enabled notifications

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Where your information is stored

Order and account information is stored using Google Firebase, a cloud data service. Data is transmitted securely. Access to change prices, stock, or order status is restricted to store staff using a password-protected login.

Your choices

You can decline to enable notifications at any time.
You can ask us to look up, correct, or delete your order history by contacting us using the details below.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for general grocery shopping and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
